To use a new card: 1) Cancel AutoPay, 2) Delete your old card, 3) Add your new card, 4) Re-enroll in AutoPay.
Verify the Zip Code is correct on your saved payment method.

Online Payments: Click Sign In/Register to create an account, or select Utility Billing Payments for a one-time payment.

Water/Wastewater Outages: Mon.-Fri., 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: 575-377-1677. After-hours, weekends & holidays: Dispatcher 575-754-6166.
